As our Executive Assistant, Technology Advisory, you will have the opportunity to join one of Canada’s fastest-growing organizations, with a unique opportunity to truly define your role as we scale. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and strategic support of the Chief AI Officer (CAIO), and the leaders of the Technology Advisory team, while also being a key contributor to the continued development of Jarvis’s culture and growth. Job Responsibilities: ● Manage the calendars and inboxes of our CAIO and other key leaders, including booking meetings, making travel arrangements, etc.
● Collaborate with various departments across the organization such as HR, People Experience, Marketing for event coordination, employee onboarding, etc. ● Be a strategic partner to the CAIO and leaders by building relationships with client EA’s, working with urgency to secure meetings for executives● Comfortable proposing a change when you think something can be done more effectively or efficiently● Support executive team with administrative tasks such as expenses, accounts receivable, receipts, document preparation, etc.
● Self-directed, self-motivated and can leverage technology to research your way to answers you don’t know (and are willing to ask for specific help when you need it)● Manage the day-to-day operations of the Toronto office to ensure a safe, engaging, and organized environment for all employees● Other duties as requiredWhat You Bring:
● 7+ years of experience working with senior executives in mid to large-sized organizations● Detail-oriented individual with a track record of strong organizational skills and thoroughness● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Proven tech-savviness, adopter and lover of technology, experience working with the Microsoft Suite● Ability to anticipate the needs of executives and take initiative, understanding ambiguity● Professional approach, especially when dealing with confidential information● People-first approach with the ability to support the team in-office 4-5 days a weekNice-to-haves: ○ Experience in event planning, people experience, and employee onboarding○ Verbal and written communication skills in FrenchWhat We Offer:
