Therefore, we are looking for Executive Assistant to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamAs our new Executive Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting the Head of Terma Aerostructures and the leadership team with both strategic and operational tasks. You will be a key part of the company’s management core and interact broadly across the organization.The role is diverse and ranges from participating in strategic discussions and preparing decision-making materials to handling operational and coordination tasks that ensure smooth daily operations. You will have an eye for detail, take ownership, and contribute wherever needed - whether it is structuring executive reports or ensuring meetings and materials are well prepared and executed.You will receive thorough onboarding and introduction from the current Executive Assistant, who will work closely with you until her retirement at the end of the year.How you will make a meaningful contributionThis is a versatile and important role, positioned close to key decisions in a company with strong values, skilled colleagues, and a flexible working environment where teamwork and mutual support are essential. Working closely with top leadership requires confidentiality and accuracy, as well as the ability to navigate a broad interface with stakeholders across departments.Your key responsibilities include:Balancing strategic and operational tasks, spanning high-level strategy and day-to-day coordinationPreparing presentations and materials for executive meetings, board reporting, and strategic reviewsCoordinating and tracking progress on strategic projects and initiativesParticipating in leadership meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring structured follow-upLeading or supporting ad hoc projects and other business-critical tasksManaging and developing internal communication channels, including the intranetPrioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesThe role is dynamic and will evolve based on your skills, initiative, and ambitions.Bring your world class expertise into playYou are writing and speaking both Danish and English at a professional level. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who:Has an educational background in, preferably, business administration, communication, or a related fieldHas strong business acumen and numerical understanding, with a flair for economics and dataDemonstrates strategic thinking and the ability to support leadership in strategic reviews and decision-makingIs skilled in visual communication and digital tools, with high proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and can present complex content clearly and visuallyIs structured, action-oriented, and capable of completing tasks independentlyHas an eye for detail and contributes wherever needed, whether structuring executive reports or ensuring meetings and materials are well coordinatedAs a person, you are exceptionally organized, structured, and proactive, combining sharp analytical insight with hands-on execution.
