Job Description

The Andersen Partnership are representing a highly successful induvial in finding his new Executive Assistant opportunity. This role requires an established EA with extensive experience supporting C-suite level executives.Key Responsibilities:Inbox and Calendar Mastery: Manage and triage the Partner's email inbox and attachments, categorize correspondence, and save documents into the firm’s system (e.g., NetDocuments). Maintain a complex, multi-time zone calendar and conduct daily priority meetings with the Partner.Administrative Efficiency: Process timesheet entries and provide general executive support.Business Development Driver: Schedule and coordinate BD meetings (coffees). Manage the CRM/contact database (logging interactions and follow-ups) , and assist with the preparation of client proposals, bios, and meeting packs.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, referrers, and their EAs.The executive requires an assistant who can thrive under pressure and consistently remain two steps ahead, anticipating needs and logistical requirements. The ideal candidate will be well presented, possessing the professional resilience and gravitas necessary to partner.Requirements:8+ Years of executive support experience at the Partner/C-suite level.
