Job Summary:The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Management Team, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This role involves managing schedules, handling confidential correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, and serving as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, letters) and prioritize or respond as appropriate.Coordinate and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items discussed in meetings.Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and other departments, clients, and business partners.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company and personal information.Organize and manage files, records, and databases for the executive office.Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expense reports, and reimbursements.Support company events, meetings, and special projects as directed by the executive.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.At least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
