Job Description

ROLE: Executive Assistant to Board of Directors (supporting multiple executives experience as an EA is required)JOB DESCRIPTION:Manage busy calendars across multiple time zones using Google CalendarSchedule and confirm internal/external meetings, interviews, and recurring syncsPrepare agendas and take notes as neededMonitor and organize Gmail inboxes for 4–6 executivesFlag high-priority emails and draft responses when neededTrack follow-ups and maintain inbox clarityCoordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport)Prepare detailed itineraries for executivesArrange lunch meetings, team events, and other logistical needsAssist in light project management and task trackingManage document filing systems via Google Drive or NotionCoordinate with internal teams via Slack and emailFollow up with vendors, clients, or team members as neededHARD REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years of executive-level support experienceExperience supporting multiple executives or founders simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailProficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and SlackComfortable working independently and maintaining confidentialityExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsFamiliarity with Notion, Zoom, or basic project management toolsExperience in a tech startup or SaaS environment is a plusHOURS/WEEK:40 hours per weekSCHEDULE:Monday to Friday9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard Time ZoneOFFER:$5 USD/hour - $6 USD/hour
