Continue reading!What The Key Tasks Will Look LikeAs Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will support the CEO of DKV Belgium & the CEO of ERGO Insurance in a timely, efficient and professional manner throughout the company journey. He/She will also closely work with top-management of DKV Belgium & ERGO Insurance, and facilitate interactions with the ERGO Group on various strategic and committee related topics.More specifically, your tasks will be:Create effective executive presentations both for local and international use by conducting research and developing contentFollow-up on the preparation of the Executive/Management Committees and other events /meetings, including documentation of the meetings (meetings minutes)Be a SPOC for ERGO International on key ongoing topics and initiativesSupport the development and implementation of the ongoing and new strategic concepts, including both innovations and remediation actions.Follow-up on ongoing governance topics, such as e.g. implementation of company policies.Conduct market as well as company assessments and analysis, identify and propose areas for improvement.Suggest efficiency gains in running the CEO Office and troubleshoot malfunctionsSupport and facilitate strategic projects and initiatives under discretion of the CEO, such as e.g. Sustainability project, transformation topics, etc.Profile: University degree in business administration, law, finances, economics or related subjects, or equivalent by experience First experience within financial industry or consultancy, an experience in the health and/or life insurance is preferableExcellent analytical and strategic skills - capable to quickly analyse and summerize complex data Working language is English, good knowledge of French and/or Dutch is preferableProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Self-confident manner, very good communication skills and ability to build effective relationships quicklyCross-cultural affinity and proven ability to work and communicate successfully at different levels in a multi-national environmentFlexibility, ability to work under pressureHigh level of independence, motivation and proactivityExperience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company informationWe offer:At DKV we offer you a varied job with growing opportunities (thanks to trainings, coaching, projects and internal mobility) and all this in the heart of Brussels (close to the Grand Place and the central station).Besides a competitive gross salary, we offer an extensive standard package of extra-legal benefits.Moreover, you can also count on an attractive leave scheme (at least 31 days), flexible working hours and the possibility to homework up to three days a week.
