Position DetailsWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant based in our India office to support senior leadership with U.S.-focused business development, client engagement, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting international leaders—particularly U.S.-based executives—demonstrating strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Internal EngagementCoordinate client and internal appreciation initiatives (gifting, motivational tools, recognition programs). Support planning and execution of virtual/in-person engagement activities to strengthen relationships. Travel & LogisticsManage end-to-end travel planning for leaders (flights, hotels, local logistics). Support visa applications, itineraries, and schedule alignment for international travel. Networking & Business Development Support (As a support function/non-target based)Work with leadership to identify and prioritize a set of clients for outreach. Conduct LinkedIn research to map target organizations and identify the right decision-makers. Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking of business development efforts. RequirementsMandatory: Proven experience supporting an international executive, preferably U.S.-based. Strong proficiency in technology platforms (SharePoint, CRM tools such as HubSpot). Quick learner with ability to adopt new digital tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow automation tools). Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong grasp of professional email etiquette.
