You’ll serve as the CEO’s trusted communication partner and ensure their time is focused on high-impact initiatives driving the company’s global growth. Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Prioritization: Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, internal meetings, and external appointments with precision and foresight.Communication & Correspondence: Act as the communication bridge for the CEO — drafting and reviewing professional correspondence, screening emails and calls, and maintaining a consistent and polished tone across all channels.Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle highly sensitive information and company matters with the strictest confidentiality and professionalism.Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa arrangements — anticipating needs and managing last-minute changes smoothly.Project & Meeting Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Track key deliverables and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.Operations & Documentation: Maintain organized digital records, manage expense reports, and support efficient day-to-day functioning of the CEO’s office.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality).Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal fluency in English; ability to represent the CEO and company with clarity and poise.Professional Integrity: Uncompromising discretion, reliability, and judgment.Organization & Focus: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed under pressure.Tech Savvy: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to CRM or travel management systems is a plus.Travel Industry Edge: Understanding of travel processes, supplier coordination, and itinerary management is highly desirable.Why Join Wow India TravelYou’ll work directly with the CEO of a company known for innovation, authenticity, and excellence across Asia.
