Job Description

Job Duties:Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings efficiently.Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and documents with utmost professionalism.Prepare and draft official letters, reports, and presentations for management and board meetings.Coordinate travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation for the CEO.Record and circulate meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action points.Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all documentation is organized and accessible.Support the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing key business activities and events.Manage office communications, ensuring timely responses and confidentiality.Requirements:Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Practices or Business Administration from a recognized institution.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an executive secretarial or administrative support role, preferably assisting senior management or C-level executives.Excellent command of English (written and spoken)Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern office tools.Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
