Executive Assistant to the CEOSalary $130,000 - $150,000Atlanta, GA (90% remote)MapLarge is seeking a highly intelligent, energetic, and trusted Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the CEO. This is not a conventional 9-to-5 administrative role; it allows up to 90% remote work, but will require occasional on site meetings; it is a dynamic and critical position requiring schedule flexibility, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage complex, concurrent projects independently and foster business relationships effectively. You will have a front row seat to a fast growing, innovative company that is maneuvering a dynamic landscape. ResponsibilitiesProactively manage the CEO's dynamic calendar and high-volume inbox, requiring an early-morning start to anticipate needs, triage priorities, and draft concise communications.Handle highly confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost integrity and discretion.Manage complex special projects from conception to completion, including business-critical tasks as outlined by the CEO.Track and drive progress on all open action items, ensuring accountability and follow-through across multiple initiatives.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships on behalf of the executive team.Coordinate cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with administrative, sales, and operations teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.QualificationsBachelor's degree (business administration, management, or related field preferred)7+ years of relevant work experienceAtlanta residency and availability for in-person meetings or events as needed.Strong project management skillsExceptional trustworthiness and capacity to manage confidential information.High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce concise, error-free documents.Proven project management skills, able to oversee diverse tasks and advance priorities in a timely manner.Flexible mindset and willingness to accommodate dynamic work schedules (not a standard 9-5 role, early-morning starts anticipated).Advanced organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable problem-solver.Nice to HaveExperience working with C-Suite level teamsExperience in a fast-growth, high-tech startup environmentExperience supporting sales teams and working with CRM softwareCultural Fit While we hire all kinds of people and invent roles to fit them, there are three key traits we require of every team member that really define our team. Fun to Work With - Life is short and work should be fun. Smart - We work on cutting-edge hard problems.
