CEO & CFO ASSISTANT POSITIONJob purpose: The Executive Assistant plays a central role in supporting the CEO & CFO, managing administrative workflows, and contributing to office management. The role ensures high-quality interactions with internal and external stakeholders and help maintain an efficient, well-organized workplace mostly in English as our CEO and CFO are not Hungarians. Contract duration: contract for indefinite durationFull-time job (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week), Place of work: 1133 Budapest, Váci út 96-98., Nordic Light office buildingMain tasks and responsibilitiesProviding comprehensive, professional, and responsive administrative support to the CEO and the CFOManaging calendars, proactively prioritizing appointments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless daily engagementsMaintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems for the CEO & CFOUpdate and maintain contact lists and phone directories, Outlook contacts, ensuring up-to-date entries, tracking VIP relations, and supporting relationship-building through attention to key personal milestonesPrepare, edit, and produce documents, reports, and presentation materials using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for internal and external meetingsArrange and coordinate travel itineraries tailored to the specific needs of the CEO, CFO, and travel partnersOrganize board meetings, leadership team sessions, and key company events; prepare agendas and minutesServe as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders such us HQ, CEE clusters, DealersHandle confidential information with discretion and always maintain professional judgmentProvide support and substitution when needed for the Purchasing Manager and the ReceptionistServe as a professional and reliable point of contact for incoming calls, emails, other contactsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field1-3 years of experience as Executive Assistant or similar role supporting leadershipHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Soft skillsFluency in written and spoken English is a must, German is an advantage) Proficient or Native Hungarian Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of independence, trustworthiness, professionalismExceptional organizational and time-management skills and ability to prioritizeAdvanced analytical skills; comfort with numbers, spreadsheetsWhat WE offer to YOU:Flexible working hours- no core timewide range of benefits: bonus, cafeteria, life and accident insurance, health insurance, language course
