We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Founder of Future Classic and Managing Director of Virgin Music Group Australia.This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the independent music sector, supporting a leader who is deeply involved in entrepreneurship, artist development, partnerships, and creative strategy.The role combines the precision and discretion of an Executive Assistant with the strategic coordination and project insight to ensure the leader’s time is focused on what matters most.The successful applicant will have a track record navigating and managing competing priorities for a complex set of stakeholders with diplomacy, professionalism and outcome-oriented efficiency.Key Responsibilities Manage a dynamic calendar and inbox. Handle travel logistics, music industry conferences/festivals/shows and event scheduling. Draft and manage communications, including internal updates and partner correspondence. Prepare briefing packs and follow up action items for meetings Ensure smooth information flow between the leader and stakeholders Assist the leader to set and manage priorities. Act as a liaison between executive and team members, ensuring alignment and accountability. Professional social media posting and correspondence. Support the execution of strategic projects.Skills & Experience 2+ years in Executive Assistant / entertainment industry role Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Social media – creating, editing, scheduling posts Proven ability to operate in both corporate and entrepreneurial industry contexts. Technology savvy and adept at AI tools to optimize operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to global executives, artists, and creative teams. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
