Company DescriptionEyeROV (IROV Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a technology-driven company focused on developing innovative solutions for underwater critical infrastructure inspections and surveys. Role DescriptionManage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, conferences, events, meetings, and travel arrangements.Draft & manage high-quality internal and external communication - correspondences, reports, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and action points are documented.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Track critical projects, deliverables, and follow-ups.Support investor relations, sales enablement, and board-level documentation.Act as a bridge between leadership and internal teams.Travel and Visa arrangements.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.Facilitating and handling external client and partner visits.Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.- 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.- Tech-savvy with proficiency in online tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Presentation, etc.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- High degree of professionalism and integrity.- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced company preferred.Preferred Skills:Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization.Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or task/project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).Ability to anticipate needs and proactively offer support.**Immediate Joiners preferred*****Candidates with relevant experience as an EA only need to apply**
