Together, we make space for people and businesses to thrive.Location: CopenhagenLanguage: EnglishMain purpose of the positionThe Executive Assistant to the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) plays a critical role in enabling IT leadership success and ensuring continuity of operations during the maternity leave period. Acting as the central coordination point between the CIDO, the Global Technology Services (GTS) Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and business stakeholders, the role ensures seamless business alignment, efficient workflows, and consistent communication. This position enables the CIDO to remain focused on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery within an evolving IT transformation to deliberately set out to be an agile, low operating-cost business.What You’ll DoProvide high-level administrative and operational support to the CIDO, ensuring efficient calendar, travel, and documentation management. Act as the primary liaison between the CIDO, GTS SLT, and broader business stakeholders to facilitate transparent and effective communication.Prepare and coordinate high-quality executive materials, including Board presentations, leadership reports, and strategic updates. Support the planning, organization, and follow-up of key IT initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely progress tracking.Anticipate business and leadership needs, proactively resolving issues and maintaining smooth operational flow.Manage sensitive and strategic matters with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.Who You’ll Work WithCollaborate closely with the Group People & Technology Officer as part of the Executive Management team, and work directly with the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) to support strategic leadership priorities.Partner with the Global Technology Services Senior Leadership Team, ensuring coordination and alignment across IT functions and transformation initiatives.Engage with business executives and functional leaders across all levels of the organization, fostering effective communication and operational synergy between technology and business areas.Liaise with external partners, such as consultants, and key suppliers to support strategic programs and ensure strong stakeholder alignment.Key QualificationsIdeally, you bring proven experience supporting senior or executive leadership — preferably within IT, technology, or digital transformation environments — though this is not a strict requirement.Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, workflows, and stakeholder coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of executive communication, reporting, and presentation development for senior audiencesHigh proficiency in digital collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, PowerPoint).Personal Skills You ExcelExcellent organizational and prioritization skills, ensuring effective execution under tight deadlines.Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvementStrong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and trust across all levels and ability to anticipate business needs proactivelyHigh adaptability and resilience, thriving under changing prioritiesProven discretion and professionalism in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.Why ISSAt ISS, we are more than just a service provider of cleaning, food, workplace and technical services, we are a partner in our customers’ success.
