Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job description:Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth, clear, and timely communication across all parties.Conduct comprehensive and regular market analysis related to the company’s business portfolio; synthesize findings into actionable insights and detailed reports to support the Managing Director’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging complex travel itineraries, ensuring optimal time management.Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Prepare, coordinate, and review a variety of documents including reports, presentations, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, demonstrating strong ethical standards and professionalism.Assist in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.Requirements:Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome).Strong organization, time management & attention to detail.Good in MS Office Suite; MISA membership an advantage.High integrity, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.Benefits:5-day work week (9:00am – 6:00pm)Competitive salary and performance bonusMedical and insurance coverageProfessional training and career growthCompany events and staff activities
