Managing executive calendars, meetings, and correspondence.Preparing reports, PowerPoints, summaries, and action trackers.Attending meetings, taking minutes and preparing feedback, summaries, and follow ups.Reviewing and editing documents (contracts, NDAs, P&Ls).Liaising with management teams, suppliers, and partners.Consolidate and filter what reaches the CEO, prioritise and action.Project and task tracking / reporting via softwares like monday.comSkills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and spoken EnglishComfortable with numbers and financial documents (P&Ls, reports, forecasts).Ability to edit and proofread business and legal documents.Organized, self-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Knowledge of specialist administrative tools for e.g., Monday.com, Calendly, Docusign, etc.
