These products incorporate the latest fabric innovations, cutting-edge production techniques, and advanced design elements to give the finest experience of style and comfort to the end-user.Its Brands includes: Rupa Frontline, Bumchums, Colors, Macroman, Thermocot, Softline, etc.We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the Director for our Head Office Location in Kolkata.Role Requirement:Education: Graduation/Master Degree/MBAExperience: Minimum 10+ years of experience as Executive AssistantKey Responsibilities:Administrative SupportManage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.Email drafting, letter writing and preparing MOM as and when required.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.Strategic and Operational SupportSupport the Director in project management, tracking key deliverables and deadlines.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings or summaries to support decision-making.Liaise with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.Maintain a high level of awareness of organizational priorities and assist in aligning the Director’s activities accordingly.Office and Information ManagementOrganize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access and confidentiality.Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking related to the Director’s office.Develop and implement administrative systems to improve workflow and efficiency.Confidentiality and ProfessionalismExercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.Represent the Director’s office with professionalism, tact, and integrity.Skills:Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.Perks & Benefits:CTC - Upto 10 LPAOther Perks & Benefits as per company policyInterested candidates, please share your updated resume at piyali.hr@rupa.co.in & olimita.hr@rupa.co.in
