Ellerslie Interiors is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Principal Designer—a sharp, fast-thinking, highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment. This is a high-acuity, high-visibility role supporting the Principal Designer of a nationally recognized luxury design firm. The right candidate loves anticipating needs before they arise and enjoys being a steady, trusted point of support in a busy creative business.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive day-to-day executive support to the Principal Designer.Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, appointments, and ongoing priorities.Support project logistics, procurement coordination, vendor communication, and internal workflow.Prepare documents, organize expense reports, handle administrative systems, and maintain operational efficiency.Represent the company professionally in public-facing settings, installations, site visits, and industry events.Travel as needed for meetings, events, project work, and design installations.Keep pace with a rapidly evolving workflow and anticipate upcoming needs with clarity and confidence.Qualifications2–5 years of experience as a professional Executive Assistant in a business setting is required. Applications without this experience will not be considered.Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support.Proficiency in managing expense reports and administrative functions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills, time-management abilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in all internal and public interactions.Proficiency with office software and digital tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management platforms).Familiarity with the interior design industry or creative sectors is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Ability to keep up with a fast-moving team and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment.Must be willing and able to travel as part of the role.Must provide 2–3 professional references to be considered.About Ellerslie InteriorsEllerslie Interiors is a nationally recognized luxury design firm founded in 2015 by Principal Designer Laura Lubin.
