We aim to meet the needs of our customers today and into the future. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, located in Neauphle-le-Château. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, managing expense reports, and diary management. The role involves coordinating the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and supporting the CEO in daily tasks. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will conduct administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization. Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skillsExecutive Support skills and experienceExperience with Expense Reports and Diary ManagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in office software and toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
