Executive Assistant | Strong Remuneration and Benefits | Top Tier Asset Management Firm | Team Support (3) Your CompanyYou will be working with a leading global alternative asset management firm, with a strong track record across private equity, credit, and real estate. With over a trillion dollars in assets under management, they are consistently ranked amongst the top firms in the industry. The Singapore office serves as a key hub for Asia-Pacific operations, with a collaborative and high-performance culture that values both excellence and teamwork.Your New RoleYou will be supporting a team of 3. The team in Singapore is lean and dynamic, comprising senior leaders and marketing support, and works closely with colleagues across the US and EMEA. As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination across time zones, managing complex schedules, and supporting business development and client engagement activities.What You Need to SucceedProactive calendar management: Comfort in handling complex, global scheduling with multiple time zones (US-centric)Strong communication skills: Ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders, including executives and assistants in the US and Europe.Organisational excellence: Managing heavy travel arrangements, global conference calls, and expense processing with accuracy.Event coordination: Supporting office-based events, preparing invitations, and ensuring smooth logistics.Discretion and judgment: Operating in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with professionalism and confidentiality.Tech-savvy: Experience with Salesforce/SAP Concur or similar CRM systems is a plus.Industry background: Prior exposure to asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or buy-side environments is strongly advantageous.Working EnvironmentA fast-paced, high-performing culture where colleagues are intelligent, collaborative, and supportive.High standards of execution, balanced with flexibility around working hours (core hours are 9am-6pm, with occasional adjustments for global calls).Office policy: 4 days in office + 1 flex day per week.Opportunities to work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to global fundraising activities.What do you need to do now If you or someone you may know may be interested in this opportunity, please do contact me on the details below for more information or send me your CV to apply now via email at shien.koo@hays.com.sg.
