About the RoleTHIS IS A FULL TIME IN PERSON POSITIONAs the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in enabling high-level productivity, communication, and execution across all company initiatives. You’ll manage scheduling, coordination, and administrative functions, while anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison.You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, travel, and meeting coordinationPrepare correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalismAnticipate CEO needs and proactively resolve issues before they ariseManage communication flow — prioritize emails, respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate, and ensure timely follow-upsCoordinate with internal teams, investors, and partners to ensure seamless communication and project alignmentAssist in research, data collection, and preparation of materials for meetings and strategic planning sessionsMaintain confidentiality with sensitive information and handle all matters with discretionSupport event coordination, media appearances, and speaking engagements as neededWhat We’re Looking For1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership (experience in tech, finance, or startups preferred)Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skillsProficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, dynamic environmentStrong judgment and discretion when handling confidential informationInterest or experience in Bitcoin, blockchain, or financial technology is a strong plus
