EA to 3 Executive Committee Members – Global Insurance firm. £50,000-£55,000 + Bonus. City.Walking distance- Liverpool St. Hybrid working. 2 days WFH. Healthy work life balance, excellent benefits packageA leading multinational insurance business are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three members of their Senior Leadership Team. This busy, fast-paced, and ambassadorial position requires a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to manage complex diary and meeting schedules alongside the organisation and attendance at various committee and board meetings.A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant looking to build a strong trust-based partnership with their Executives. You’ll work proactively to anticipate needs, act as a sounding board, and keep things moving behind the scenes.Key responsibilities:Heavy diary and meeting coordination across busy schedulesSupport for Board and Committee meetings: preparing decks, taking minutes (no shorthand needed), managing agendasExpense management via Concur Acting as a true gatekeeper and trusted contact, internally and externallyAttending meetings for minutes and follow-upsThe ideal candidate:Minimum 5yrs senior/board EA experienceUnflappable, calm under pressure, even when pulled into last-minute meetingsOrganised, proactive, and someone who never needs a reminderExceptional attention to detail and strong communication skillsTech-savvy with advanced MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)Confident, professional, and able to represent senior leaders with polish and finesseBenefits:2 days WFH Discretionary bonusGenerous pension, private healthcare,Life Assurance 25 days holidayHealthy work life balance and collaborative, welcoming and inclusive culture
