Discovery's DC Comics division is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to support several Vice Presidents. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential communications. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and supporting the strategic objectives of the VPs. The role also involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing expenses, and assisting with various administrative functions to ensure the department operates effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsAt least three to five (3-5) years of executive assistant experience supporting VP-level or higher executivesBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience in entertainment marketing, digital media, advertising, or international markets (preferred)Experience working in highly matrixed organizations with blended teams (preferred)Proficiency with SAP or comparable payment systems, expense report generation, and invoice processing (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, logistical, and project coordination skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom), and Adobe AcrobatFlexibility to respond to occasional off-hours (nights and weekends) business needsWillingness and ability to travel approximately 5% of the timeResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve appointment conflicts for multiple Vice PresidentsCoordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring all deadlines are met efficientlyArrange and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing documents, and taking notes as neededSecure meeting rooms, set up virtual connectivity (Zoom, Teams), and troubleshoot technical issues during meetingsAssist in scheduling larger meetings with other VP+ level attendees and coordinate logistics accordinglyCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and travel approvalsPrepare, review, and track Travel & Expense (T&E) reports and assist with budget tracking and procurement of departmental materialsServe as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all timesDraft, edit, and review communications, reports, presentations, and departmental updates as requestedCollaborate with other executive assistants to ensure alignment across departments and activitiesPerform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the VPsBenefitsComprehensive health insurance coverage including medical, dental, and vision plansEmployee wellness programs and resources to support physical and mental healthLife and disability insurance policiesRetirement savings plan with company contributionsPaid holidays, sick leave, and vacation daysOpportunities for professional development and career growthInclusive and diverse workplace culture that values innovation and collaborationEqual OpportunityWarner Bros.
