Assist the HR & Admin VP in developing and executing group-level HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Draft presentations, proposals, and other documents as needed by the HR & Admin VP. Act as the main point of contact between the HR & Admin VP’s office and internal/external stakeholders. Support coordination of internal and cross-company meetings. Manage the VP’s calendar, scheduling, and communication flow to optimize time and efficiency. Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings and track action points for meetings attended by the HR & Admin VP.
Ensure timely follow-up on directives and initiatives led by the HR & Admin VP. Assist in preparing presentations (PowerPoint), reports (Word), and data tracking (Excel). Handle confidential documents and maintain data integrity. Prioritize multiple tasks and assist in ensuring deadlines are met. Handle pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills. Support HR & Admin-related projects and event coordination. Perform additional tasks assigned by the VP of HR & Admin. Job Requirement:
