Now Hiring – Executive Associate 💼 $800 monthly (This is an on-site position)Join a high-performing real estate team and play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, clients receive 5-star service, and the business continues to grow with structure, excellence, and efficiency. This position is perfect for someone extremely organized, process-driven, and passionate about creating order, clarity, and results. 🚀Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administrative SupportOversee the daily administration of the agent’s business.Create and manage systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead tracking, follow-up, and other administrative tasks.Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and manage the agent’s calendar efficiently.Maintain a highly organized system of digital files and databases.Triage the agent’s inbox: determine what requires their response vs. what you can handle, and draft replies for approval.Client & Transaction SupportOrganize property showings and gather structured feedback.Prepare weekly updates for sellers (showings, marketing activities, market snapshot) for agent review.Populate timelines in Folio (or similar tools) with all key dates.Marketing & Business Development AssistanceMaintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.Request client testimonials regularly for Google, social media, and marketing materials.Manage the client gifting strategy.Ensure the Marketing Coordinator has the assets and information needed to execute campaigns successfully.Skills, Attributes & RequirementsExcellent communication skills.High attention to detail, organization, and logistics.Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.Expertise working with CRMs (Follow Up Boss preferred).Experience with Google Business Profile (GBP).Experience with Asana.Experience with Sisu or Aframe.Proficiency with Google Calendar and G-Suite tools.Knowledge of MLS systems such as Paragon or Filogix.Ability to create documented systems and processes (SOPs).Ability to prioritize, pivot, and adapt when required.Familiarity with the real estate market and interest in current trends.Commitment to staying updated on best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.On-site position – must be available to work in person.Ready to grow your career as an Executive Associate? 🌟 Be part of a professional, structured, and growth-oriented real estate environment.
