ARAI is looking for the following positions for our Business Development & Corporate Planning Department:Designation: Executive-Corporate Communications – 01 No. (ARAI Contract)Candidate should have Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in mass communication/ communications with minimum 05 Years of experience in communications field. Management experience preferredJob Description:Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represent the corporate identity, and promote and support the organization’s mission.Create online and offline marketing content and drafts proposals for special communications projects;Oversee/Execute the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent quality work.Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.Prepares presentations to share information.Ideating & drafting technical write-ups based on the raw information availableDrafting and disseminating online content, press releases, stakeholder communicationManage internal & external website communicationsDrafting content for media or ARAI website / Social Media CommunicationDemonstrates and applies knowledge of communication and engagement measurement against objectives and deliverablesMajor responsibilities:Corporate Communications & PRDevelop and execute a strategic communication & PR plan to enhance the ARAI’s corporate image and reputation.Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.Responsible for creating engaging content for various channels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts and website content in coordination with respective agencies and partnersPlan and coordinate media events, press conferences to generate media interest and coverage for the ARAI and the brandSupport in industry events; active participation in ARAI events from conceptualization to executionMonitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate responses.Employer branding & Internal communicationsDevelop and manage internal communication and employer branding strategiesSupport in drafting and proof-reading internal newsletters and Annual ReportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various internal activities and initiativesCreate and implement ideas for employee engagement and activations.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging communication technologies to ensure that ARAI remains competitive in the market.Required Skill Sets:Superlative communication skills in all forms.Excellent strategic organization skills.Familiarity with crisis communication management and the ability to handle sensitive and high-pressure situations with professionalism and composureIn-depth understanding of media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with automotive and regional journalists.Ability to think creativelyTechnical writing skillsAdvanced knowledge of communications principles and methodologiesAbility to create, implement, and apply budgetStrong portfolio showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills, including press releases, articles, and social media content.This vacancy is on ARAI contract i.e on ARAI Payroll for 1 year.Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application.Last Date of Application: 14-Nov-2025Directly apply on ARAI career site link: https://www.araiindia.com/pages/career-with-arai
