Job Description

We are looking for a Executive Branding and Social Media who is responsible for strengthening the company’s brand and digital presence by managing social media, SEO, and marketing campaigns. Creates engaging aviation-focused content, ensures brand consistency, and drives online visibility through strategic digital marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Assist in formulating and executing brand strategies that enhance visibility and credibility.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels—digital, print, events, and internal materials.Creation of promotional content such as brochures, corporate videos, newsletters, and press releases.Plan, create, and publish engaging, aviation-focused content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to support ongoing campaigns, .Monitor engagement metrics and audience insights to optimize social media strategy and ensure growth in community.Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally to maintain positive stakeholderengagement.Collaborate with creative and business teams to promote servicesConduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility and rankings.Optimize website content, metadata, blogs, and landing pages for relevant aviation-related keywords.Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.Develop backlinks and partnerships with aviation directories and online publications to strengthen domain authority.Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO-friendly website structure, speed, and usability.Support paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for targeted aviation audiences.Create and manage digital campaigns promoting aviation support services, events, and achievement'sTrack and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Aviation Management, or related field.2–5 years of experience in branding, social media, or digital marketing, preferably within aviation, logistics, or B2B industries.Hands-on experience with SEO, website analytics, and social media management.Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM tools.Core Competencies:Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Good understanding of aviation sector terminology and trends (advantageous).
