We are looking for an administrative business partner to support our Managing Director and leadership team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with decision-makers, and takes pride in delivering administrative, analytical, and commercial support.What You Will Be Doing In The RoleAs our Administrative Business Partner, you will play a key role in:Supporting board and leadership meetings with high-quality administrative coordination, participation, and follow-up. Drafting, analyzing, and refining reports from executive summaries to more detailed technical documentation. Assisting the Managing Director and the top management group with internal tasks ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Helping to streamline operations and improve decision-making through insight-driven support. Provide administrative support for board and management meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up. Prepare and analyze reports, including both executive summaries and technical documentation. Assist the Managing Director with internal and external communication, helping ensure strategic alignment across the organization. Support with presentation development and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Maintain a professional presence, knowing when to step forward and when to step back, always with discretion and tact. Always be on the service side of business, even the smallest of administrative tasks.
