Tirzok Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Executive, Business DevelopmentJob Description / ResponsibilityIdentify new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions in targeted industries (e.g., manufacturing, real estate, retail, services).Generate qualified leads through various channels — calls, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, and networking.Conduct product demos and client presentations highlighting Odoo modules and customizations.Develop proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFQs for Odoo implementation projects.Negotiate and close business deals with prospective clients.Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential client needs.Recommend marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional ideas for Odoo services.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan digital campaigns or events for lead generation.Gather and document client requirements to ensure alignment with technical teams.Act as a bridge between clients and Odoo functional/technical teams.Ensure smooth project handover and communication during implementation.Maintain CRM records with accurate client and lead information.Stay updated on Odoo’s latest features, community and enterprise versions, and module offerings.Understand business workflows (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) to tailor Odoo solutions.Demonstrate Odoo functionality and its business value clearly to clients.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Commerce (BCom) in AccountingBachelor of Commerce (BCom) in FinanceBachelor of Commerce (BCom) in MarketingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Experience RequirementsAt most 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication,Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Technical InfrastructureAdditional RequirementsExperience in ERP sales, software solutions sales, or Odoo business development preferred.Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also apply.Strong understanding of Odoo ERP (modules, customization, and implementation process).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in written and spoken English (Bengali & other languages are a plus).Tech-savvy with understanding of software, SaaS, or cloud-based products.Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
