**Overview:**Quill & Arrow LLP is one of the largest lemon law firms in California. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism. Our Calendaring Department Supervisor oversees high-level case management, and we’re seeking an Executive Assistant who can provide seamless administrative and organizational support to help our team operate at peak performance. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.**Responsibilities:**Assist in maintaining upkeep of the attorney calendar spreadsheet.Attend weekly attorney calendar meetings as needed.Assist in maintaining an accurate database of county-wide and department-specific rules of civil procedure.Assist in retrieving Court orders.Assist in coordinating remote and in-person appearances for hearings.Create minutes from weekly team meetings.Assist in maintaining and updating employee training guides.Serve as liaison between Quill & Arrow and outside counsel.Contact court departments regarding case status, settlement, filings, etc. **Qualifications:**Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and digital file systems.Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential matters.Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs before they arise.** Benefits:**401(k)Health, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid time offComplimentary office snacks and beveragesAnnual Holiday PartyMonthly Lunches Free office swagMonthly lunchesPaid parkingJob Type: Full-time & On site Pay: $22.50 - $27.00 per hour
