Culinary Leadership & Menu Execution· Supervise production lines: Burgers, Buns, Fried Chicken, Tortilla Wraps, Bakery, and Rice Meals.· Maintain quality and taste consistency in all semi-cooked and ready-to-serve products.· Standardize recipes, ingredients, seasoning ratios, sauces, and food presentation.2. Process Design & Automation· Work with engineers and suppliers to optimize automated kitchen systems.· Develop SOPs for food preparation, packaging, and cold storage handling.· Streamline production flow for efficiency and minimal wastage.3. Team Management & Training· Recruit and train kitchen and outlet culinary teams.· Create training programs for cooks, chefs, and quality controllers.· Foster a professional, safe, and efficient working culture.4. Quality Control & Hygiene· Ensure HACCP-standard food safety and hygiene practices.· Monitor raw material quality, cooking standards, and final food checks.· Conduct weekly audits and corrective action reports.5.
