Located in Banani, Dhaka, Lush will bring authentic European cuisine to Bangladesh with a world-class dining experience. Backed by Chows’ legacy of excellence, Lush is set to redefine the fine-dining scene in South Asia.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with proven expertise in European fine dining and authentic European cuisine. The selected chef will lead Lush’s kitchen from the ground up — designing menus, building a team, and delivering a Michelin-level dining experience in Dhaka.This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary chef to create a landmark restaurant in Bangladesh, backed by an established group with strong resources.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute an authentic European fine-dining menu, inspired by traditional and contemporary European culinary traditions.Lead kitchen operations, from concept development to day-to-day management.Recruit, train, and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff.Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation.Collaborate with management to align culinary vision with brand positioning.Manage supplier relationships and source premium ingredients (locally and internationally).Innovate seasonal tasting menus and chef’s table experiences.RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of professional culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef / Executive Chef role.Strong background in fine dining / Michelin-star / luxury hospitality restaurants.Expertise across European cuisines (French, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, etc.).Excellent leadership, kitchen management, and team development skills.Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering world-class guest experiences.Willingness to relocate to Dhaka, Bangladesh for a long-term assignment.Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in European fine dining restaurants.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Relocation assistance and accommodation.Opportunity to build and lead one of South Asia’s most exciting fine-dining concepts.Backing and support from Chows, a leader in Bangladesh’s dining scene.ApplicationPlease apply by following Linkedin guideline.
