Our mission is to deliver moments of culinary joy and lasting impressions for every guest. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef, based in Lahore. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, design and execute creative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, implementing food safety regulations, and introducing innovative culinary concepts. The role also involves driving consistency, elevating guest experiences, and fostering a collaborative kitchen environment aligned with Haute Dolci's commitment to excellence. Qualifications Expertise in Culinary Arts, including menu development and innovative presentation techniquesStrong leadership and team management skills to direct and inspire kitchen staffComprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and hygiene practicesExperience in inventory management, cost control, and procurement of quality ingredientsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsPassion for culinary innovation and a deep understanding of contemporary food trendsBachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent education, with significant professional culinary experiencePrevious experience in a similar leadership role within fine dining, patisserie, or café environments (preferred)
