Our people are encouraged at all levels and across all businesses, to bring in new ideas and creativity to meet our customers’ needs.We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with the following expertise: Minimum 10 years in a senior supervisory role in Chinese kitchens within or reputable Chinese restaurants or luxury hotels banquets operation. Extensive knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine (Cantonese, Sichuan, Shanghainese, Teochew). Proven ability to lead kitchen operations including menu planning, food costing, purchasing, inventory management, and maintaining food safety standards. Experience in banquet operations and large-scale catering for Chinese set menus and special events. Strong background in kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, and cost control. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
