Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leadership Coach based in New Delhi. The Leadership Coach will be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to individuals, developing leadership skills, and implementing training and development programs. Day-to-day tasks include one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and consulting with clients to identify their leadership development needs and create tailored plans for improvement. Qualifications Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership Development, and Coaching skillsExperience in Consulting and providing tailored advice to clientsTraining skills for conducting workshops and development programsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for advanced certifications in coaching or leadership development
