The Workshop is a collaborative industrial coworking space put together by CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT.ResponsibilitiesOperationsConduct viewings and handle inquiries from potential membersFacilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for membersOversee and manage the daily operational activities of the coworking spaceCommunicate with vendors to obtain quotesPerform any other duties as assigned by managementCommunity ManagementPlan and execute events and networking opportunities to foster community among membersFacilitate business collaborations and opportunities within the communityMaintain strong relationships with existing members and negotiate membership renewalsMarketingManage social media channels and create engaging content to foster community engagementAssist with the design of promotional materials, social media advertisements, and email blasts to support lead generation.
