ABOUT THE JOB We are on the lookout for a driven and curious Executive to join our Corporate Advisory Team, working across a dynamic portfolio of corporate and B2B clients. If you’re at the start of your career (0–1 year of experience) and excited to dive into the world of reputation management, sustainability communications, financial communications, and investor relations, this is your opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that’s trusted by C-suites and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic communications that shape perception, build trust, and support business success. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business models, industry trends, and corporate positioning Support project delivery by ensuring meticulous attention to detail and alignment with client expectations Assist in organizing client meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting key discussions Recognize communication challenges and actively contribute to strategic problem-solving efforts Corporate Communications & Media Relations: Build a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, industry, media landscape, industry analysts, and key business journalists Monitor industry news, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting client sectors Draft professional communications materials including press releases, corporate statements, and executive content Manage inbound media inquiry processes and coordinate media engagement activities Conduct comprehensive media monitoring and provide analytical insights to clients Contribute ideas and input during strategy sessions and campaign development discussions. Maintain and regularly update media contact lists and stakeholder databases. Business Development Support: Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s service offerings and strategic capabilities. Conduct research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive positioning to support new business efforts. Participate in brainstorming and proposal development for corporate and B2B opportunities. Build professional network and stay informed on developments within the corporate communications and reputation management landscape. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Business studies, international affairs, Liberal arts, marketing, or equivalent. 0 - 1 year of experience in PR or communications (agency experience preferred but not required) Fresh graduates with demonstrated interest in strategic communications are welcome Knowledge of PR fundamentals, corporate communications, and the media environment Ability to work effectively in a professional, deadline-driven environment Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, especially for supporting clients and projects across diverse markets Self-motivated with ability to take initiative on assigned projects Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural business environments Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to team objectives Interest in B2B sectors, corporate communications, or business journalism is highly valued Equal Opportunity: We. provides equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate against an employee or applicant because of age, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or other legally protected class status.
