Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll collaborate closely to articulate and implement a creative strategy that propels our brand and sub-brands forward. You will manage a team of interdisciplinary creatives with a range of expertise and capability. Your role will involve working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the creative expression of the Rate brand across all touchpoints, including digital products, internal communications, paid advertising, social media, direct mail, and content marketing.Key Responsibilities:Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive creative strategy for Rate and its sub-brands.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals across various disciplines.Collaboration: Collaborate with the CMO to align creative goals with business objectives.Brand Consistency: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.Multi-Channel Oversight: Oversee creative output across all marketing channels, including digital media, social media, email marketing, direct mail, and content marketing.Innovation: Drive innovation and creativity in go-to-market communications.Integrated Narrative: Maintain a single-minded narrative that integrates all marketing channels.Project Management: Ensure that creative projects are delivered on time and within budget.Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, communications, and digital media.Qualifications:Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a similar creative leadership role.Industry Knowledge: FinTech industry experience is a plus.Agency Experience: Experience with both agency and client-side roles is a plus.Team Management: Experience managing teams of creative professionals.Aesthetic Vision: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to inspire great work.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Positive Attitude: Positive, optimistic attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.Why Join Us?Dynamic Team: Be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of our brand during an exciting period of transition.Innovative Environment: Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.Talented Colleagues: Collaborate with talented professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the financial services industry.Join Rate and embark on an exhilarating journey to redefine the future of finance.
