To handle end-to-end chargeback life cycle. To handle & navigate schemes portals for VISA, MASTER, RUPAY, DISCOVER. Should have knowledge in scheme rules and regulations. To handle the Pre-Arbitration, Pre-Compliance, Arbitration, Compliance. To handle chargeback reconciliation. To prepare the MIS for sharing to clients. To identify POS entry modes of transactions & to determine the fraud transactions. To monitor & action fund collection & disbursements of card scheme.
