We are eager to attract dynamic, talented, and motivated individuals who are ready to join us in achieving our ambitious goals.Position Overview: ED, Accessories Business will be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and business growth of the Accessories Division. This role demands a visionary leader capable of managing large-scale operations independently, driving profitability, and positioning the business competitively in both domestic and international markets. The ED will serve as the key architect of performance, innovation, and team leadership, ensuring end-to-end business success.Key Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive 360° large-scale business management, encompassing strategy, operations, marketing, and finance.Develop and implement robust business strategies aligned with the Board’s vision and long-term goals of the Accessories Business.Ensure end-to-end P&L leadership from strategy formulation to execution driving sustainable growth and profitability.Manage the business independently, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations.Lead and manage a high-performing team across all business functions, promoting accountability and collaboration.Apply data-driven decision-making for performance optimization, forecasting, and strategic investments.Oversee all operational functions to ensure seamless execution, efficiency, and quality.Ensure annual budgeting, cost control, and production achievement targets are met.Drive organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and process optimization.Leverage extensive production knowledge to enhance product quality, cost efficiency, and output.Review and act upon financial and non-financial reports to ensure operational and commercial success.Identify, evaluate, and establish new market opportunities both locally and internationally.Strengthen brand presence through strategic marketing and customer engagement initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, distributors, and stakeholders.Analyze competitor activity and market dynamics to shape proactive growth strategies.Enhance the brand image of the Accessories Business through innovative positioning and communication.Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent quality, timely delivery, and exceptional service.Lead initiatives that reinforce the company’s vision, values, and commitment to excellence.Oversee the financial health of the business, ensuring sustained profitability and capital efficiency.Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.Evaluate financial data to make informed business decisions and allocate resources effectively.Educational Requirements:Graduation in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field from a reputed university.Professional certifications in related field will be considered an added advantage.Other Requirements:Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in the garments or accessories manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale operations.Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence in a competitive manufacturing environment.Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with sound financial acumen.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of global market dynamics, buyer requirements, and export business operations.Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, business development, and supply chain efficiency.Ability to analyze complex business data, forecast trends, and make informed decisions under pressure.
