Job DescriptionAre you ready to take on a high profile role as the Head of Business Management, and play a critical leadership role driving strategic business?As the Executive Director, Head of Business Management within Client Onboarding and Service, you will play a critical leadership role promoting strategic business management across the team. You will partner directly with C-suite leaders and senior management to shape and execute enterprise-wide priorities, financial discipline, and transformational initiatives. You will lead high-performing teams, act as a trusted advisor to executive management, and ensure the successful delivery of complex business strategies that advance JP Morgan’s Commercial and Investment Banking businesses.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic partner to senior business heads, leveraging operational expertise, data-promoten insights, and financial acumen to define and execute business and financial plans.Lead the development, implementation, and tracking of strategic objectives and key results across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with firm-wide priorities.Promote the optimization of operating models, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, HR, and Audit.Oversee business change management, process improvement, and transformation initiatives, including digital platform enhancements, location strategy, and productivity optimization. dentify, escalate, and mitigate business risks, ensuring robust governance and operational resiliency.Steer the implementation of new business strategies and platforms, consulting with other product organizations to establish best practices.Own end-to-end financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and investment governance.Partner with financial planning and analytics teams to assess business performance, define outcome promoters, and develop actionable plans for improvement.Present complex data and business narratives to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations on financial and operational trends.Deliver executive management reporting, including presentations, communications, and business reviews for senior stakeholders.Represent the business in internal and external working groups, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all levels of the organization, while maintaining business hygiene through compliance, training, access management, and resiliency planning.Lead and develop high-performing business management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. All while promoting the People Agenda, including diversity, recruiting, manager excellence, and recognition initiativeRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsMinimum of 10+ years’ experience in business management, strategy, financial planning, or operations within a global financial services organization.Proven track record of senior leadership, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering strategic transformation across complex, matrixed environments.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize large data sets and present concise, actionable conclusions.Outstanding executive presence, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Demonstrated expertise in financial management, digital transformation, and operational excellence.Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsDeep understanding of financial services industry.Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.Expertise in data & analytics, technology enablement, and process optimization.Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and executive-level presentation development.About UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
