A Leading Garments is looking for Executive Director, Internal AuditJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan aligned with organizational objectives.Lead and supervise the internal audit team to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems across factories and head office.Conduct audits on financial statements, inventory management, payroll, procurement, and production processes.Report significant audit findings, control weaknesses, and risk exposures to the Audit Committee and Management.Recommend improvements for efficiency, cost control, and fraud prevention.Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when necessary.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in audit methodologies and risk management processes.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Experience RequirementsAt least 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,Textile,Group of Companies,Packaging Industry,Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn,Garments Accessories,Satellite TV,Spinning,Washing FactoryJob LocationDhaka
