About The RoleAre you a detail-oriented student who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and learning how professional training programmes come to life?In this role, you’ll gain first-hand experience in event coordination, client communication, and administrative processes that support Swiss Re’s global Executive Education programmes.You Will Handle invoice requests, distribution, and follow-ups – a great way to understand business operations and client interaction Learn how professional learning programmes for clients are planned, delivered, and evaluated Support programme managers with event logistics, communication, and documentation Work with internal systems and tools (MS Office, SharePoint, collaboration platforms) to keep projects on trackThis role offers you the opportunity to build valuable business skills and gain insight into how a global company delivers premium learning experiences to its clients.About The TeamFor 65 years, Swiss Re’s Executive Education team has been the go-to partner for equipping professionals in insurance, finance, and government with the knowledge and leadership skills to navigate the future of risk and resilience.
