Join Sunwater as Executive General Manager, Corporate Affairs, where you will lead our engagement with government, shareholders, and key stakeholders while shaping the future of Queensland's regional bulk water service delivery.Be part of a team that contributes to our purpose of Delivering Water for Prosperity, where you will:Lead the Corporate Affairs business unit to execute strategies, programs and systems that deliver organisational successBuild and maintain strategic relationships with Shareholders, Government Departments and Agencies to secure corporate objectives and advance Sunwater's position as Queensland's regional bulk water policy thought leaderDevelop and implement stakeholder management plans and communications campaigns that strengthen Sunwater's external reputation and support major projects and operationsPartner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to execute corporate strategy, including positioning for new infrastructure projects, securing government support and driving legislative reformFoster a culture of safety, high performance and environmental responsibility across the organisation as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.QualificationsWe are seeking a proven executive with a strategic mindset and strong track record of delivering tangible outcomes. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing/Communications or Commerce (MBA optional). You will also have:Executive-level experience in Stakeholder Relations, including Government RelationsDemonstrated success in positioning an organisation to achieve measurable results through effective stakeholder engagementSuperior interpersonal skills including negotiation, influencing and conflict managementExcellent communication abilities with experience presenting to Boards and senior executivesStrategic thinking balanced with operational execution capabilitiesProven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groupsWater.Imagine a career where your work truly matters, where you are part of a team that values you and your contributions.
