Location OverviewJoin our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.RoleWe are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Amanzoe. Reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager, the Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring that the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and service are maintained throughout the resort. This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational and team management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.Develop and implement departmental standards, policies, and procedures.Prepare, manage, and monitor the housekeeping budget, including inventory and cost control.Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards.Maintain sufficient inventory of linen, supplies, amenities, and uniforms.Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security regulations.Manage guest feedback and handle complaints in a professional and efficient manner.Conduct regular departmental meetings to communicate updates, motivate the team, and monitor performance.Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the housekeeping team to promote development and high morale.Monitor and maintain departmental documentation and reports.RequirementsA university degree or college diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.8–10 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality, including at least 2–3 years as Assistant Housekeeper.Previous experience in a pre-opening environment is considered an asset.Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping software systems.Strong operational knowledge of housekeeping procedures, tools, and cleaning products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and resolve guest concerns effectively.Sound understanding of health, hygiene, and safety practices in the hospitality sector.Right to live and work in Greece without the need for company-supported work permits.BenefitsAt Aman, we believe in investing in our people.
