JOB DESCRIPTIONWork assigned is not limited to the job scope listed below:Reporting to the Head of Unit / Section.Responsible for coordinating training programs to enhance auditors’ knowledge and expertise through : Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Coordinate internal / external training courses to improve current skills and bridge the knowledge gaps of auditorsMonitoring of staff training KPICoordinate and monitor professional qualifications taken by Internal Audit Department staffResponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards to monitor internal audit KPIs, track performance, and identify trends for continuous improvement -resulting in greater process efficiency.Responsible for assisting the Unit Head to draft or develop the Annual Audit Plan, 3-year Strategic Plan in line with Internal Audit Department and EPF objectives.Responsible for assisting the Head of Unit in the overall Administrative Function of the department in terms of budget management, KPI, Departmental Balance Scorecard and others. Keep abreast of current developments in the industry and analyze its long-term and short-term benefits to the department and the organization as a whole and provide value-added recommendations to the department.Continuous effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Internal Audit Department process and reporting.Other ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree or equivalent Professional Qualifications in Accounting / Finance / Business Studies / Economics / Marketing or equivalent qualifications recognised by the Government from any local or overseas higher learning institutions. Those with professional qualifications or certifications will have added advantage.At least 4 years of working experience in established listed companies, especially financial institutions will have added advantage.Good knowledge of data visualization (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau), data exploration (i.e. Excel, SQL), data governance and data security.Generally passionate about project management and continuous improvement initiatives i.e. having keen interest in undertaking/becoming a project team leader. Good interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and influence, interact with people at all levels, to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.High integrity with strong analytical, result oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow team members.Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
