Title: Executive Inventory ManagementLocation:Petaling Jaya, MY, MYGlobal Business Unit: CGJob Function: Supply Chain ManagementRequisition Number: 218431DescriptionJob summary:Manage end to end supply planning from WM to EMManage and monitor inventory operations to ensure inventory is planned at optimal level to meet target turns, working capital performance and revenue growthDrives the development and continuous improvement of KPIs associated with inventory managementJob ResponsibilitiesManage end to end supply planning from West Malaysia to East MalaysiaDevelop and execute supply plans to meet organization goals (CFR & inventory DOH)Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.Work with Demand Team, Client Management & Supply Chain management to improve supply availabilityMaintain inventory plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demandsMonitoring supply vs offtake vs forecast committed (of current month)Address supply & inventory-related queries and issues in a timely mannerSchedule monthly supply review with (relevant) stakeholders/supervisorsMaintain supply & inventory planning processes and systems to improve fulfillment rate%Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans (SLOB reduction)Supporting EM S&OPDemonstrates knowledge of the key drivers of inventory and its impact on warehouse and distribution capacity and financial reporting.Skillful in analysis and communicating service level to the stakeholdersCollaboration with client, attend client KPI review and supply review meetingProvide customized analysis report to specific clientsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fieldMinimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar roleMinimum three to five years’ experience in a managerial capacityDemonstrate understanding and working of Sales & operation Planning (S&OP) processDemonstrate understanding and working of Supply Review component process of the overall S&OPDemonstrate experience in of inventory planning methodologies and systemsDemonstrate capability of adapting to different inventory planning strategiesDemonstrate working understanding of distribution centers, distribution and transportProven experience in inventory management, procurement systems and logistics operationsDemonstrate working knowledge of SAP and Net Requirement/Distribution planningProven experience in the consumer goods, healthcare and pharmaceutical industriesDemonstrate analytical and quantitative skillsDemonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in internation/cross-cultural interactionsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (eg.
