This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing priorities, and enjoys being the right hand to a senior leader.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support firm operations.Occasionally assisting the Principal with personal tasks.Collaborating with team members to accomplish firm goals.Assisting in task management and day-to-day strategy for the Principal.Meeting daily and weekly with the Principal Attorney to outline goals and tasks.Managing the Principal Attorney’s calendar, email inbox, and daily workflow.Interfacing with law offices, vendors, medical providers, clients, witnesses, and government offices via phone, email, and Zoom.Documenting emails and communications in the case management system.Organizing, prioritizing, and responding to emails on behalf of the Principal when appropriate.Coordinating and scheduling meetings, depositions, legal calls, and other events.What We’re Looking For:At least two years of experience at Executive Assistant or/in Administrative RolesProficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings and collaborationMust use a Windows-based system (MacOS is not supported by company systems)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
