You will build strong relationships internally and externally, working closely with your team and clients. We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional environment, and we will continue to invest in your development.Responsibilities:Communication and coordinationMaintain communication and develop positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.Oversee diary management, email correspondence, and phone communications.Coordinate invoicing/billing for clients.Document and litigation supportDraft, review, and refine legal documents.Support litigation processes and documentation.Manage electronic and physical filing systems.Financial managementTrack billable hours and handle expense processing.Oversee budget management and client reporting.Diary management and travel arrangementsAssist in preparing agendas and presentations for meetings.Arrange travel logistics.Schedule client meetings.Research and project assistanceConduct research for legal and general purposes.Assist with various projects and event coordination.About you:Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to learn and grow.A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.If you’re passionate about learning and growth, we’d love to have you on our team.
