Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities.Diligently oversee and monitor building maintenance while effectively resolving any complaints.Manage and strategize transportation facilities, fleet vehicles, and driver arrangements for staff. This includes scheduling, route planning, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety standards.Supervise and coordinate administrative activities, ensuring seamless office operations.Foster strong relationships by collaborating closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and service personnel.Maintain the accuracy of administrative data by regularly updating the relevant database.Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Inspire, oversee, and motivate administrative staff to achieve departmental KPIs.Prepare reports and presentations on HR/ADMIN-related metrics to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improving efficiency.Respond promptly and effectively to employee inquiries and requests regarding administrative needs.Oversee in-house cleaning staff, ensuring thorough and regular cleaning schedules, maintaining hygiene standards, and addressing any cleaning-related issues promptly. Qualifications and Experience.A Bachelor's degree in PQHRM or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in managing drivers and cleaning staff.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, HRIS systems, and MS Office applications.Familiarity with Power BI would be a valuable asset.Proven skills in effective stakeholder management.Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
